To use this feature, refer to the guidelines provided in the KOKONI 3D App. Before starting the print, you can select the timelapse video recording option. Once the print is completed, the timelapse video will be automatically generated and saved locally.

Several factors can lead to poor quality prints, with one of the most common being bed leveling issues. Ensure proper placement of the build plate by confirming that the magnetic build plate is correctly positioned within the print bed square, with all four corners of the build plate properly aligned.

Please navigate to the maintenance button on the device list in the KOKONI 3D APP. If the nozzle is heating but no filament is extruding, replace your filament spool. It may be due to prolonged periods of inactivity of the 3D printer. Try applying lubricants, such as WD-40, on the rails and lead screws. If the issue persists, please contact our customer support at support@kokoni3d.com.

To set up your KOKONI 3D Printer,

• First, download the KOKONI 3D App from the App Store or Play Store.
• Next, navigate to the Home Page and select "Connect your printer." Behind the EC series machine, locate the red button and press it.
• Upon hearing a beep sound, input your home Wi-Fi name and password.
• Once you hear a second beep sound and observe the white light remaining illuminated on the 3D printer, it indicates successful internet connectivity.

There are two options to find the right printing models. You can browse and select from our extensive 3D Model Gallery in KOKONI 3D App, the models will be updated weekly. However, if you're unable to find a suitable model or one that you prefer, you can explore third-party websites such as https://www.printables.com/ or https://www.thingiverse.com/. Once you find a desired model, simply download the STL file and upload it to https://www.kokoni.ltd/home/pages/index/index to sync the models to your app.

Please go to https://www.kokoni.ltd/home/pages/index/index and log in to your account. The KOKONI EC Series printer supports STL/OBJ files. Upload your model file, and it will sync to your APP instantly.

Note: The login account must be consistent with the account in the APP. Otherwise, the model you uploaded cannot be synchronized in the APP.
