You say 14cdays ago? Wrong! You shipped it 9 days ago and I got it yesterday. Over 30 days to even ship. Your oversize is worse than your customer service. Sent an email requesting help and the new filiment is not feeding but you are too lazy to respond.. I regret buying this machine and won't be buying anymore of your proprietary filiment. A 1/4 the amount of pla for the same cost as a full roll of filiment anywhere else. Yes I made a mistake. Your company is horrible.

A filament backpack arrived broken. To fix it I had to disassemble an old one but by the time I got it working I had accidentally used up more than one bar code. Now I have useless filament spools and can't get Kokoni to reply

Ordered 4 filaments with the starter pack. Received none of the filaments. Emailed them about it. Got ghosted. pretty much feeling i got scammed.

the box i easy to use but, you loose when you have to change in the middle of a print.it would be interessting a kind of refill. economically and ecologically at the end it costs to much
