Attention

  • Please insert one interface of filament into spool holes if temporarily non-use to avoid being tangled for next use.

  • The PLA filament is specially customized for the KOKONI-EC1 printer, letting EC1 printer do better performance. But of course, KOKONI-EC1 is also compatible with other PLA materials on the market.

  • Other brands of filament may cause problems such as nozzle clogging, imprecise, non-smooth. *The warranty will not cover equipment failure caused by other filaments.

They never sent the order

Kokoni printed the shipping label for my order within a few hours of ordering new filament, then just never sent it. I've emailed customer service twice about it and never heard back. I met these guys at CES and have been very excited about the product...too bad I can't use my new 3D printer anymore. I can't recommend the product unfortunately.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused， your package was delivered to FedEx at the first time, but FedEx has not updated the logistics progress, we have contacted several times, FedEx replied they need time to search for the package. Please rest assured that we will make sure you get filaments and keep using your printer.
